History of  El Salvador
 

Our roots coming from the first inhabitants that were the Pokomanes, Lencas and Chortis; later the Pipiles and Ulúas.
All of this were ethnics groups given our unique appearance due to the mix between the Spaniards. Prominent habits that the people can see trough our own habits and customs.
The city of San Salvador was founded in 1525 by Gonzalo de Alvarado.
